Key Responsibilities:
Lead cost estimating, forecasting, planning, reporting, and cost control activities across major projects
Provide financial input for funding packages, including AC, FF, and supplementary funding requirements
Develop and maintain benchmarking databases for cost, productivity, and manhour analysis
Evaluate and challenge costs related to FEED/EPC contractor change orders and claims
Prepare annual Work Programs and Budgets aligned with project scope and timelines
Conduct probabilistic cost risk analysis and recommend contingencies and accuracy ranges
Monitor contractor and project cost performance using tools such as VOWD, trends, and EVM
Advise project leadership on cost risks, mitigation strategies, and recovery plans
Ensure contractual compliance for commitments, variations, and change orders
Support EPC tender technical evaluations during the pre-EPC phase
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Accounting, Project Management, Supply Chain, Law, or a related field
Minimum 10+ years of experience in business or project functions
At least 6 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong knowledge of SAP, dashboards, data analytics, and cost management systems
Experience working within large-scale operating organizations (Projects, Operations, Subsurface, etc.)
Strong analytical, financial, and strategic decision-making skills
Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
