Responsibilities :
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Respond to employee queries and help maintain a positive work environment
• Manage HR records and documentation
• Coordinate employee training and development programs
• Support employee benefits administration
• Assist with performance management and appraisals
• Organize employee engagement activities and events
• Stay updated on HR laws, trends and best practices
• Help with HR data reporting and analysis
• Collaborate with other teams to meet HR‑related needs
Qualifications :
• Degree in HR Business Administration or related field
• Previous HR or administrative experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of HR laws and practices
• Strong communication and people skills
• Organized and detail‑oriented
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software
• Discreet with confidential information
• Proactive and problem‑solving mindset
• Able to adapt in a dynamic fast‑paced environment
