IT Manager
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Education / Qualification :
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role with at least 1 year of experience in leading a small team.
• Experience with POS systems, CRM, ERP, eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and network management.
• Strong understanding of IT security protocols, firewalls, data compliance and network infrastructure.
• Familiarity with managing IT systems for multi-location organizations is a plus.
Skills & Competencies :
• Proven leadership abilities with experience guiding and mentoring a small team.
• Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, security and system integration.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage tasks and priorities effectively.
• Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations.
