Background of our Studio:
The Studio is a luxury boutique female only Pilates destination that opened just one month ago, we are still fairly new and adaptable. The studio will offer a carefully curated mix of classical and contemporary Pilates, including reformer, mat, barre, sculpt and yoga classes.
With four studios — 4 bed reformer room for beginners and injury prone individuals, 8 bed reformer room for intermediate and advanced clients, a 1-2-1 studio and one multipurpose space — Swan aims to create an exceptional experience in a warm, welcoming, and expertly led environment.
Candidate Profile:
Overview:
We are seeking a classically or contemporary- trained Pilates instructor with a passion for group and 1:1 teaching. Experience in the Middle East is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver energising and high-quality group classes
Provide 1:1 sessions and client support
Contribute to team culture and studio success
Candidate Profile:
Comprehensively certified (i.e., all equipment reformer, chair, Cadillac etc) (preferably Balance Body, STOTT or BASI certified)
Pre & post natal certification
2+ years experience
Committed and responsible
Warm, professional, and client-centric
Willing to start asap
Compensation & Benefits (All Roles):
Salary: $3,000 /month (USD) for Instructor
Commission: 20% on Personal Training sessions
Accommodation: Provided - walking distance from studio
Transport: Provided
Annual Leave: 21 days + national holidays
Flights: Annual return ticket provided
