Job Title: Group Training Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field
5–8 years of experience in training, learning & development, or HR management, including multi-location or group-level exposure
Requirements:
Strong expertise in designing and implementing training programs
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Experience in identifying training needs across departments
Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) is an advantage
