Job Title: HR Officer
Location: NCC HQ, Kizad – Khalifa Port A8, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
4–6 years of experience in HR operations or generalist HR role
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance practices
Requirements:
Proactive and detail-oriented HR professional
Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management
Experience in managing timesheets, employee records, and HR documentation
Familiarity with insurance processes and employee benefits administration
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
