Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day procurement activities for FM operations
Source services, materials, and consumables across hard and soft FM categories
Prepare RFQs/RFPs, evaluate quotations, and support vendor selection
Issue LPOs, track deliveries, and ensure timely fulfilment of requirements
Support vendor onboarding, negotiations, and performance monitoring
Assist in managing AMCs, subcontracting agreements, and manpower-related contracts
Coordinate closely with site and operations teams for maintenance and project needs
Maintain procurement records, reporting, and compliance documentation
Support cost optimisation initiatives while maintaining quality and service continuity
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
4–7 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in Facilities Management
Good understanding of FM services, procurement processes, and contract structures
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
Strong negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills
UAE market experience is preferred
