Job Title: Director of Operations (Hospitality Background)
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
MBA / Post Graduate qualification preferred
10–15+ years of experience in hospitality operations, with senior leadership experience (Operations Manager / General Manager level or above)
Proven experience in managing hotels, resorts, or multi-property hospitality operations
Requirements:
Strong leadership and strategic management skills in hospitality operations
Excellent knowledge of hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management
Ability to lead large teams and manage multiple departments
Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Experience in implementing operational standards and service excellence strategies
