Nair Systems is currently looking for Onboarding & Support Analyst (Junior Level) for our UAE operations.
Preferred Background
• 1–3 years of experience (or internship) in KYC, CDD, AML, onboarding, or compliance support.
• Familiarity with UBO identification, PEP/sanctions screening, adverse media checks, and due diligence documentation.
• Strong organisational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a structured environment with clear processes and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Support onboarding managers with documentation collection, completeness checks, and follow ups.
• Maintain onboarding trackers, logs, and status reports with high accuracy.
• Provide first line responses to common onboarding and KYC related questions using established guidance.
• Review documentation for completeness, including UBO declarations, corporate documents, and screening outputs (PEP, sanctions, adverse media).
• Log and triage queries or issues, escalating complex compliance or technical matters as needed.
• Assist with meeting coordination, minutes, and communication summaries.
• Contribute to maintaining SOPs, FAQs, onboarding templates, and knowledge base materials.
