Nair Systems is currently looking for Onboarding & Operations Manager (Mid Level) for our UAE operations.
Preferred Background
• 4–7 years of experience in corporate KYC, CDD/EDD, AML compliance, onboarding, or financial crime operations.
• Strong understanding of UBO identification, PEP/sanctions screening, adverse media, and AML risk assessment frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a structured, process driven environment with defined SLAs and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the onboarding lifecycle for assigned financial institutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact, guiding institutions through documentation and compliance expectations.
• Apply knowledge of corporate KYC, UBO structures, PEP/sanctions screening, adverse media checks, and AML red flag indicators to address onboarding related queries.
• Understand periodic and event driven review triggers and support institutions in aligning their documentation accordingly.
• Coordinate with internal technical and operational teams to resolve issues and maintain onboarding momentum.
• Maintain onboarding trackers, prepare structured status updates, and escalate risks or delays proactively.
• Identify recurring questions, documentation gaps, or process bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
