Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
10–15 years of experience in construction, specifically with main contractor companies.
Strong experience in contract management, administration, and claims.
Experience in wastewater treatment plant projects will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.
