Job Position – HR Recruiter
Location – Tecom Al Barsha, Dubai
Fixed salary up to AED 7,000
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles (Property Consultants, Admins, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals like LinkedIn, GulfTalent, Indeed, and other platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Manage candidate pipeline and follow-ups
Requirements:
1–3 years of recruitment experience (real estate hiring mandatory)
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Familiarity with UAE job market is a plus
