Job Position – Fleet Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end fleet operations, ensuring maximum bike availability, uptime, and operational efficiency
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns and reduce costs
Handle fleet documentation, including registrations, insurance, renewals, and compliance with UAE regulations
Monitor fleet performance, optimize routes, and control expenses related to fuel, fines, and repairs
Maintain accurate fleet records and database, including vehicle status, service history, and usage
Manage fines, violations, and impounded vehicles, and coordinate with riders to ensure full compliance
Preference will be given to candidates with a valid UAE bike license
