Job Position – General Manager
Location : Yas Bay, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily operations of the adventure park and restaurant
-Lead and motivate teams across all departments
-Drive revenue growth and business profitability
-Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and guest experience
-Manage budgets, financial performance, and strategic planning
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
-7–10 years of managerial experience, preferably in hospitality, leisure, or entertainment
-Strong leadership, communication, and business acumen
-Passion for adventure, hospitality, and delivering memorable experiences
