Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / ITI / Vocational Training preferred
3–7 years of experience as Foreman in construction, maintenance, or related field
Requirements:
Strong experience in site supervision and workforce management
Ability to read and understand drawings and work instructions
Good leadership and coordination skills
Knowledge of safety standards and site procedures
Ability to handle labour and daily work allocation
