Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on-site
Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco safety standards and project requirements
Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
Identify hazards and enforce corrective and preventive actions
Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
Investigate incidents and prepare detailed safety reports
Maintain safety documentation and compliance records
Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe execution of construction activities
Promote a strong safety culture across all project operations
Requirements & Qualifications:
NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory)
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, specifically pipeline projects
Saudi Aramco approval (required)
Willingness to work in remote project locations
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, safety procedures, and compliance standards
Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills
Ability to identify risks and implement effective safety measures
