Key Responsibilities:
Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
Prepare baseline schedules in line with project scope and milestones
Monitor project progress and compare against approved baseline
Identify delays, risks, and critical path impacts
Perform delay analysis and recommend corrective/recovery actions
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports to client (Aramco)
Generate S-curves, manpower histograms, and progress dashboards
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
Participate in progress review meetings with stakeholders
Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco planning and reporting procedures
Support claims preparation and extension of time (EOT) analysis
Requirements:
Mandatory:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent)
Saudi Aramco Approved Planning Engineer (must provide proof)
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in planning & scheduling
At least 3–5 years on Saudi Aramco projects
Strong expertise in Primavera P6
Experience in EPC oil & gas or petrochemical projects
