Requirements
3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related field; background in finance or accounting is preferred (experience with Chinese companies is a plus)
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools/software, with the ability to handle and interpret large datasets
CPA or equivalent professional certification is a plus
Responsibilities
Regularly collect and analyze financial data, prepare in-depth financial analysis reports, identify potential financial issues, and propose actionable solutions
Assist in developing annual budgets and financial forecasts; track variances between actual performance and budget, analyze discrepancies, and recommend adjustments
Conduct cost analysis across business operations to help management identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency; evaluate profitability of business units and projects
Define and monitor key financial metrics (e.g. gross margin, net profit margin, return on capital), and provide regular performance reports to management
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with accurate data and trend analysis to support strategic decision-making
Participate in identifying and assessing financial risks; support the development of risk control measures to ensure compliance and sustainability
