Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
• Ensure adequate availability of high‑quality flowers to meet daily sales and customer demand.
• Oversee the visual display of flowers, creating an inviting and aesthetic atmosphere in the shop.
• Handle pre‑designed arrangements and custom orders, tailoring each to customer specifications.
• Advise customers on cost, color selection, care instructions, vase choice, and bloom longevity.
• Manage walk‑ins, phone inquiries, and online requests efficiently and courteously.
• Create floral décor and assist with floral installations for hotels, lobbies, and events as specified.
• Collaborate with the team to support floral arrangements for weddings, corporate functions, and special occasions.
• Work with the social media team to create content showcasing floral creations and promoting the brand.
• Ensure flowers are properly arranged, wrapped, or accompanied by notes as required.
• Use creativity in selecting and cutting flowers to produce visually appealing arrangements that arrive safely and remain beautiful.
• Support and maintain store sales and service goals and standards as communicated by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements :
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Florist – required.
• Strong passion for floral design and working with flowers.
• Experience in event floral décor, including weddings, corporate functions, and special occasions (preferred).
• Fluent in English – required.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong eye for design.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate.
