Invoicing & Data Entry Specialist

Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare, review, and process invoices accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update financial and customer records in company systems
• Perform high‑volume data entry with strong attention to detail.
• Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely billing operations.
• Generate reports and assist in audits when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in invoicing, billing, or data entry roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP system – mandatory.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial and customer data.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Must be eligible to work in the UAE.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with additional accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.

Salary & Benefits :

• Salary: AED 3,000 per month.
