Job Title: AC Technician

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced AC Technician with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems. The candidate should be capable of troubleshooting issues efficiently and ensuring optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems (split, window, central AC, VRF/VRV systems).
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and servicing.
Handle refrigerant gas charging, leak detection, and recovery.
Inspect and test system components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and controls.
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Maintain proper documentation of work performed and materials used.
Respond to breakdown calls and provide timely solutions.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an AC Technician.
Diploma/ITI in HVAC, Refrigeration, or related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
