Fitness Head Instructor
• Nationality preferences: Eastern European, European, South American, Asian, Australian, American (Non-Arab)
• Preferred age range: 25 – 38 years old
• Required skill set:
• Certified (REPS L3/4, NASM, ACE or equivalent)
• Extensive experience in boutique fitness concepts (Lagree, Megaformer, Barry’s, rhythm-based training, bootcamp formats)
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop a team of instructors
• Strong coaching presence with premium client handling ability
• Ability to set and maintain high-performance culture and standards
• Elite ability to deliver high-energy, music-driven group experiences
• Performer-level presence – confident, charismatic, and able to command any room
• Background in dance, performing arts, theatre, or entertainment (e.g. choreography, stage performance, Broadway-style) strongly preferred
• Exceptional stage presence, mic control, and voice projection
• Advanced sense of rhythm, timing, and musical programming
• Ability to design and curate class experiences (flow, music, lighting, energy peaks)
• Sets the benchmark for experience delivery across all classes
• Strong attention to detail — ensures every session is structured, immersive, and on-brand
• Ability to coach, mentor, and upskill instructors (performance, delivery, engagement)
• Conducts auditions, training workshops, and performance reviews
• Years of experience required: Minimum 5–8 years industry experience (At least 3+ years in a boutique or premium group training environment, with leadership exposure)
• Basic monthly salary range: OMR 1200 – 1,500 (depending on experience and profile)

• Commissions for classes over minimum class commitment

• Average Monthly Commission: OMR 200+ (top performers higher depending on team performance)
