Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and update project schedules including baseline, revised, and recovery plans
Define project activities, durations, dependencies, and key milestones
Monitor planned versus actual progress and analyze performance variances
Track project performance and proactively identify delays or risks
Prepare detailed weekly and monthly progress reports for stakeholders
Support finance teams in validating project progress for revenue recognition
Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting
Identify potential risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering preferred)
Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction or maintenance planning
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project for scheduling and reporting
Strong understanding of cost tracking and physical progress measurement
Experience working on medium to large-scale construction projects
Knowledge of revenue recognition principles in project environments
Excellent coordination, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple project timelines and priorities effectively
