Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations, including the full employee lifecycle
Coordinate recruitment processes, including candidate screening and onboarding
Support employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
Maintain accurate HR documentation, records, and reporting systems
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Collaborate with management to support organizational growth and workforce planning
Handle employee queries and provide HR guidance as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3–7 years of experience in HR generalist or HR operations roles
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance requirements
Experience in recruitment coordination and onboarding processes
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in HR systems, documentation, and reporting tools
Professional HR certification (such as CIPD) is an advantage
