Personal Assistant
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and events.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence for the CEO, responding when necessary and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Organize and maintain CEO’s office files, documents, and records, both physical and digital.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings or presentations.
• Coordinate and arrange business and personal travel, including transportation and accommodation.
• Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings by gathering necessary information, agendas, and relevant materials.
• Serve as the first point of contact for the CEO, communicating with executives, clients, and employees on behalf of the CEO.
• Ensure that meetings with the CEO run efficiently by managing schedules and preparing necessary documents.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Ensure the CEO’s office is organized, including managing supplies and equipment.
Required Education and Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Experience with event planning or project management.
