Key Responsibilities
Implement HR policies, procedures, and employee relations practices.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.
Manage performance management, employee development, and training initiatives.
Developing and implementing HR Strategies for identifying and engaging appropriate personnel for achieving targets as per company's business plans and requirements.
Coordinating with stakeholders for smooth HR & Administration activities.
Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary cases.
Ensure compliance with Kuwait labor laws and company policies.
Partner with management to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
Masters/Bachelors in HR, Business Administration and related fields certifications.
10+ years of experience in Human Resources and Administration.
Strong knowledge of Kuwait labor laws and HR best practices.
Adequate knowledge of Ms Office, HR & Payroll software and ERP.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal skills and problem resolving capabilities.
