Job Title: Quality Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in hotel operations with at least 2–3 years in a quality assurance or quality management role
Experience in 4-star or 5-star hotels preferred
Immediate joiners preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of hotel operations across front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services
Understanding of quality standards, audits, and service excellence programs
Familiarity with HACCP, ISO standards, and hospitality compliance requirements
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and training abilities
