Key Responsibilities
Analyze and document As-Is and To-Be business processes
Develop, standardize, and maintain operational SOPs across functions
Identify process gaps and implement efficiency improvement strategies
Work closely with operations teams to streamline workflows
Support continuous improvement initiatives across business units
Translate business requirements into structured process documentation
Drive measurable operational performance improvements
Collaborate with stakeholders across hospitality, retail, and F&B functions
Requirements & Qualifications
4–6 years of experience as a BPM Analyst or in a similar role
Strong experience in hospitality, retail, F&B, or hotel operations
Expertise in As-Is / To-Be process mapping techniques
Proven experience in developing and standardizing SOPs
Strong background in process optimization and operational efficiency improvement
Excellent analytical and documentation skills
Strong understanding of end-to-end business operations
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
