Key Responsibilities
Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery in line with timelines and quality standards
Manage site operations, engineering activities, and construction workflows
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, and cross-functional teams
Conduct quantity surveying, cost estimation, and contract management activities
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Human Resources, or a related field (role-dependent)
Relevant professional experience in the applied position (mid to senior-level roles preferred)
Strong knowledge of construction practices, project management, and engineering standards
