Key Responsibilities:
Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery in line with timelines and quality standards
Manage site operations, engineering activities, and construction workflows
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, and cross-functional teams
Conduct quantity surveying, cost estimation, and contract management activities
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Human Resources, or a related field
Relevant professional experience in the applied position
Strong knowledge of construction practices, project management, and engineering standards
Proficiency in technical tools, software, and documentation processes
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary project environment
