Senior Accountant
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage project‑based accounting activities, including costing and financial tracking across multiple MEP projects.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring effective cost control measures are in place.
• Handle subcontractor payments, reconciliations, and financial coordination.
• Perform month‑end closing procedures and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support management and external reporting requirements.
• Utilize Tally and advanced Excel tools for financial analysis, reporting, and decision‑making.
• Coordinate across multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high accuracy.
Requirements :
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience within the MEP contracting industry (mandatory).
• Strong hands‑on expertise in project accounting and cost management.
• Proven experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial reconciliation processes.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and month‑end closing procedures.
• Proficiency in Tally and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
