Assistant Teachers
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the British curriculum (for teaching roles).
• Support classroom activities and assist lead teachers in managing student learning and routines (for assistant roles).
• Manage front‑desk operations, handle phone and walk‑in enquiries, and provide administrative support (for receptionist role).
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all students.
• Collaborate with colleagues on planning, assessments, and school‑wide initiatives.
• Monitor student well‑being, behaviour, and academic progress, and contribute to individual development.
Requirements :
• Minimum of 1 year experience working within the British curriculum (with school evidence where possible).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant subject‑area degree (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Passion for education and commitment to student success.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and accept guidance and feedback.
• Professional attitude, reliability, and a proactive approach to responsibilities.
• For maternity‑cover positions (ICT, Arabic), candidates must be flexible for temporary assignments and able to step in quickly.
