Responsibilities :
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and job applicants.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Keep accurate visitor logs and records.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
