We are seeking skilled and passionate Pastry Chef / Assistant Pastry Chef professionals to join our culinary team in Riyadh. The ideal candidates will have strong experience in preparing a wide range of desserts, pastries, and baked goods, with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and produce high-quality pastries, desserts, cakes, and baked goods according to recipes and standards
Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal offerings
Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Support the Head Chef / Pastry Chef in daily operations
Requirements
Age: 24 to 35 years
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Assistant Pastry Chef
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
Creativity and attention to detail in dessert presentation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
