Public Relation Officer
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities :
• Visa & Work Permit Management: Apply for new employee visas and work permits. Handle visa renewals, cancellations, and status updates for employees. Coordinate with the relevant government authorities to ensure compliance with labour and immigration laws. Process residency permits and work visa applications for expatriate employees.
• Government Approvals & Compliance: Facilitate and manage the process for obtaining necessary government approvals for company operations. Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations, including business licenses, permits, and certifications.
• Trade License & Renewals: Assist in the process of obtaining and renewing trade licenses for businesses. Coordinate with relevant government bodies to ensure that all corporate licenses and permits are up to date and in compliance.
• Regulatory Filings and Documentation: Prepare and submit required documents for various regulatory bodies (immigration, labour, municipality, etc.). Ensure timely renewal of all corporate registrations, such as trade licenses, visas, and permits.
• Coordination with Government Authorities: Maintain professional relationships with government officials and institutions. Serve as the primary liaison between the company and governmental agencies, including immigration, labour, and municipal authorities.
• Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to employees regarding visa status, travel documents, and any related inquiries. Assist with employee relocations, residence visas, and other formalities related to working and living in the UAE.
• Miscellaneous Administrative Tasks: Address any ad-hoc requests related to official documentation. Keep track of all expiration dates for permits, visas, and licenses to ensure timely renewals.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, immigration procedures, and government regulations.
• Familiarity with the UAE's Free Zone regulations (DMCC, ADGM).
• Minimum 3 to 5 years PRO experience
• Experience with document management and compliance systems.
• Proficient in the use of government portals and systems (e.g., GDRFA, MOHRE, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in handling paperwork related to work visas, trade licenses, and permits.
