Responsibilities :

• Payroll: Ensure employees are WPS compliant. Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information, ensuring all payroll and incentive transactions are processed efficiently. Answering employee questions and complaints about payroll. Maintain high confidentiality of all HR & payroll-related information and records
• Operational: Preparing NOC's, salary certificates, experience letter, warning letters, terminations letters, final settlement acknowledgment letter and other employee requests. Prepare daily attendance report, weekly new joiners report, weekly open position report. Issuing Increment and promotion letters based on performance assessment.
• Insurance: Assist Head of HR & Management in the confirmation of the yearly Insurance policies. Addition & Deletion of Employees based on joining and exit respectively. Act as liaison between the staff and Insurance for medical claims and any other information.
• Recruitment: Design and update job descriptions, sourcing, screening and shortlisting profiles through online as well as from the recruitment partners. Conducting preliminary interviews via phone, video and in person. Scheduling and inviting candidates for interview with concerned department heads. Issuing offer letter and employment contract to selected candidates with management approval. Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates. Provide weekly reports to the operations and management. Ensure arrival of new employees on time and coordinate with PRO to complete visa process
• Visa Process/Employee Documentations: Provide PRO with all necessary information with regards to new joiners. Follow up on the submitted visa applications from the PRO. Maintain accurate and up to date employee files, records and ensure safe storage.
• On boarding: Ensure all new hires are provided with an onboarding program including the company property form, joining report, bank account information, employee data information sheet and employee handbook. Ensure all the new joiners go through HR induction and NDA's
• Exit Management: Coordinating and conducting Exit Interviews. Tracking of exiting employees on the status of their final settlements and visa cancellations. Resolve issues related of exiting employees pertaining to timesheet submission and settlement released.
• Training: Responsible to book the training (Occupational health card, basic food hygiene, firefighting certificate and basic first aid) as per business requirements.
• Employee Grievances: Support managers and employees through the grievance and disciplinary process to ensure efficient and satisfactory resolutions in line with HR policies and procedures. Resolving employee conflicts/issues related to leaves, salaries, final dues and exit process.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Education/Qualification :

• Master's degree
• HR specific qualification – desirable
• Minimum 3 to 5 years HR experience
• Recruitment experience is a must
• HRMS experience, preferably Bayzat.
• Understanding of relevant Labour Laws
• Problem solving
• Planning and organising
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficient in computer applications
