Job Position – Safety Officer

Key Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in the UAE as a Safety Officer
Mandatory experience working with a main contractor on construction projects
Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and standards
Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent)
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Ability to conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor site safety plans and procedures
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with HSE policies
Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
Deliver safety training and toolbox talks
Maintain safety records and prepare reports
Coordinate with site teams to promote a strong safety culture
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in Engineering or a related field
Immediate availability is a plus
