Job Title: Civil Estimator (Building Experience)
Salary: 10,000 SAR – 12,000 SAR
Qualifications & Experience:
Engineering Graduates in Civil Engineering or related field
8–10 years of experience in civil estimation and building construction projects
Strong experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects (mandatory)
Requirements:
Expert knowledge of cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and tendering processes
Ability to analyze architectural and structural drawings
Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and market rates
Experience in project costing, budgeting, and bid preparation
Good analytical and reporting skills
Indian Nationality preferred.
