Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB platform
Ensure accuracy of configuration item (CI) data and relationships
Implement and maintain ServiceNow Discovery and integrations
Perform CMDB audits and ensure data quality and integrity
Support ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management
Maintain CMDB governance standards and best practices
Generate reports, dashboards, and insights from CMDB data
Collaborate with IT teams to improve configuration management processes
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience working with ServiceNow CMDB
Strong understanding of CMDB architecture and CI relationships
Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping
Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks
Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript / Glide) is an advantage
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Preferred Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow CIS-CMDB Certification
