Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects
Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budget and financial targets
Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis for materials, labor, and resources
Evaluate contractor quotations and manage procurement processes
Administer contracts and manage variations, claims, and final accounts
Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to optimize cost efficiency
Support risk management and cost control strategies throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
5 to 7 years of professional experience in quantity surveying within construction projects
Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract management, and procurement processes
Familiarity with construction standards and project management practices
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
Salary: QAR 7,000 – 8,000 per month
