Key Responsibilities:
Manage, configure, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases in enterprise environments
Ensure high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) strategies are implemented and maintained
Monitor database performance and perform tuning for optimal efficiency
Manage cluster environments and troubleshoot database-related issues
Perform backup, recovery, and database maintenance activities
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards
Collaborate with IT teams to support application performance and database operations
Maintain database documentation and operational procedures
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
10+ years of core database administration experience
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server
Strong expertise in High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) environments
Experience working with clustered database environments
Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
Proficiency in both Arabic and English communication
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Certifications:
MCSA: Windows Server 2016
MCSA: Office 365
MCSE: Productivity
MCSA: SQL Database Administration
