We're Hiring: Property Manager (Bilingual)
Location: Kuwait | Type: Full-Time
What You’ll Do:
Manage the full property management cycle across commercial and residential assets
Own the end-to-end leasing cycle — sourcing, negotiation, renewals, compliance, and marketing coordination
Deliver monthly portfolio performance reports covering occupancy, income, arrears, and market trends
Manage vendor contracts, maintenance budgets, and SLAs
Ensure full compliance with leasing, insurance, and maintenance policies
Serve as the primary tenant liaison, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
What you bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field
2-3 years of experience in property/leasing management in Kuwait (commercial & residential)
Knowledge of Kuwait property regulations, MOJ lease registration, and municipality compliance
Tech-savvy with MS Office proficiency
Bilingual English/Arabic fluency
Valid Kuwait Driving License & Transferable Article 18 residency
