Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
Minimum 3–7 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in construction/oil & gas projects
Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control
Experience in preparation of BOQs, variations, and interim valuations
Familiarity with contract administration (FIDIC preferred)
Ability to review drawings, specifications, and project documents
Experience with cost reporting and financial tracking of projects
GCC/Qatar project experience is preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
