Minimum 1-2 years experience in reservations (hotel industry preferred).
Handle all reservation inquires via phone, email & online channels. Upsell rooms and promote special offers and promotions. Manage OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda)
Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Housekeeping for smooth operations. Maintain and update the
Property Management System (PMS).
Knowledge of PMS systems (e.g., Opera, IDS, or similar). Good understanding of hotel operations and reservation procedures
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
