Spa Manager
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate the spa team to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and performance.
• Drive revenue through services, retail, and packages.
• Ensure a high-end client experience and strong customer retention.
• Maintain top standards of hygiene, quality, and professionalism.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in B/A or Degree in hotel/hospitality management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management or supervisory position in a spa or related field.
• knowledgeable in different types of cosmetics and beauty products used in a spa.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Must be self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
• Must be able to multi-task in a busy environment.
