Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Facilities Management, IT, or related field.
3 – 5 years of experience in CAFM/Helpdesk/Facilities coordination.
Hands-on experience with CAFM systems (preferably concept Evolution / Facilio).
Strong knowledge of PPM planning and work order management.
Good understanding of SLA, KPI tracking, and reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
