Key Responsibilities
Provide L1 & L2 IT support (hardware, software, peripherals)
Manage desktops, laptops, printers, and end-user devices
Maintain network (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls)
Administer users via Active Directory & Microsoft 365
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime
Support ERP deployment, testing & user training
Maintain IT assets, documentation & backups
Configure and manage CCTV systems (cameras, NVR/DVR, access control)
Requirements
2+ years in IT support/system administration
Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
Experience with routers/firewalls
Familiarity with Windows Server
Basic ERP knowledge preferred
Strong troubleshooting & communication skills
UAE residency or eligibility to work
CCNA certification is a plus
