Provide customer support via email to travelers and tour guides
Assist in resolving inquiries and ensuring a smooth experience
Support onboarding of tour guides and help improve tour quality
Conduct interviews and help recruit global partners
What We’re Looking For:
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally via email
Detail-oriented and organized
Customer service experience is a plus
Work Setup:
100% Remote (Work from home)
8 hours/day, 5 days/week
Work with an international team
