Must have done multiple implementations and support for Oracle CC&B (Customer care & Billing), Oracle MDM (Meter data Management) and Oracle C2M (Customer to Meter) in domain of Power or Water.
· Should have sound knowledge of CC&B and C2M modules like Rates, Billing, payments, meter read, meter management, Credit & Collections, case management, and new connections, etc.
· Should have sound knowledge in MDM areas of Scalar and Interval data, Events Alarms, commands, Remote Disconnect, Remote Connect, VEE Rules, Device Management, Usage Management, Measuring Components, Device Events, Device Communication, Usage Subscription, TOU, IMD, XML formats
· Should have sound knowledge of OUAF developments and OUAF deployments.
· Should lead the Requirements, Issues discussion with clients and should provide sustainable solutions
· Certification in Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter or in Oracle Utilities CC&B and Oracle Utilities MDM
· Reviewing and approving High-level Design documents & Low-level design documents, Custom programs, configurations, and unit-test cases
· Should do a critical examination of the problem, issues, tickets for identification of Root cause and work out Corrective
· Should work out automation opportunities, and system improvement opportunities in existing implementation to reduce L2, and L3 tickets and thus for improvement of the system and for enhancement of Customer experience.
· Should be able to manage multiple stakeholders.
· Should provide support and mentor team members whenever required for development, design, testing, debugging issues and provide solutions.
