Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily room inventory, pricing, and competitor rates to optimize revenue
Implement and support revenue strategies to maximize occupancy and ADR
Manage OTA channels and ensure rate parity across all booking platforms
Analyze market trends and prepare performance and forecast reports
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to align revenue strategies
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
Identify new revenue opportunities and improve overall yield performance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in revenue, reservations, or front office (hospitality preferred)
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and PMS systems (Opera preferred)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
